Commercial Development and construction

Portfolio Commercial

Notre Dame Semi-commercial

Multi-Use Construction featuring 1 commercial unit on the main floor and three (3) 3-bedroom apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Since the building is constructed on the lines of the sidewalk on two sides, the logistics for this project are extremely complex – from underpinning existing stone walls to scaffolding set-ups which accommodate pedestrian traffic.

Cote St Antoine Townhouses

Conversion of an NDG Orphanage into three luxury townhouses. Having been modified from a local Church in the 1950s, this turn of the century building was again transformed and updated into a residential development project. Substantial interior structural changes and high-end finishes have created three modern homes within this historic building.

Adamo Pizzeria, Notre Dame

Major structural rehabilitation, underpinning of foundations, and the overall restoration of a turn of the century Greystone on the commercial strip in the heart of Saint Henri.

Moneris Bathrooms and Gym

During the pandemic and remote working we built this workout facility at the head office in Montreal along with two full bathrooms so employees could shower and clean after exercising.

Olympia Bikeshop

Bike-shop, show room and workshop for an urban-chic clientele.

Eglise Film Studio

Large scale expansion of this commercial building’s footprint and addition of a 3rd story of 3,500 square feet in conjunction with Architect Maurice Martel and MATH engineering.

26 Westminster

The redevelopment of one of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in Montreal West. Built and used until its eventual closure in 2022 by the Royal Bank of Canada, located next door to the train station, and in the middle of a vibrant commercial strip, this project involved both the restoration of an architectural gem and additional construction of 7,000 square feet on 3 floors to accommodate 9 apartments and 1 commercial space in conjunction with Geiger Huot Architects.

5168 St Laurent

The project consists of the redesign and rehabilitation of the commercial portion of the building façade facing Saint‑Laurent Boulevard. The scope focuses on improving the building’s street presence through refined detailing, high‑quality materials, and the reconstruction of key exterior elements.
