Portfolio Commercial
Notre Dame Semi-commercial
Multi-Use Construction featuring 1 commercial unit on the main floor and three (3) 3-bedroom apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Since the building is constructed on the lines of the sidewalk on two sides, the logistics for this project are extremely complex – from underpinning existing stone walls to scaffolding set-ups which accommodate pedestrian traffic.
